Carlos was very courteous and professional. Explained everything in detail before he began the inspection and about the different filter options for our tankless. There were a few items that were noticed during inspection. Carlos then broke down the cost several different ways for items we were interested in having repaired and the filter for our tankless. Arrived on site customer stated that they have heard horror stories about the water in Tom’s river. While speaking to the customer their main concerns were with the pfas also known as forever chemicals in the water that contain cancer and such. There is not a system that we provide the will remove it from the entire home but there are some systems that claim to remove pfas but we have not installed and know that it actually works so we do not want to provide something we have not done the research on but would happily install it if customer would like to purchase it and give it a try. The best solution we found for safe drinking water would be installing a reverse osmosis filter that will strip the water of all contaminants and we can hook it up the the fridge and a separate tap right at the kitchen faucet. Gave options to install ro systems and customer would like to do some more research before making a decision.

Leak in upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling in toms River New Jersey
Leaking tub spout Arrival customer stated she had a leaking tub spout. After an in-depth evaluation, the following has been determined: *The cartridge for the shower valve has failed causing water to slowly drip from the tub spout. *The Moen 1225 cartridge need to be replaced. After replacing the cartridge, the new components were tested and are now operating as intended by the manufacturer.

Finished repipe in drainage in slab. Secured all connections. Ran water to check for leaks. No leaks at this time. We are returning on Tuesday to install the flange and set the toilet for the client and possibly replace a hose Bibb. Installed a dollar plug on my riser for the toilet as well. Repairs copper water pipe in slab that was damaged during the demo of concrete.

Jackhammer slab to access the piping. Demo tile and concrete and removed dirt. Accessed piping and adapted to existing cast iron. Had to remove wye fitting to get fresh pipe to adapt to. We are returning tomorrow morning to install the plastic drainage pipe and a copper pipe that was damaged during the demo. We are returning next Tuesday to install the toilet once the floor and tiling is completed.

New toilet Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Spot was right under toilet. Told customer I would like to open ceiling to further inspect. Customer decided to have me give him options for toilet instead of opening drywall. I informed him it can be multiple issues even though the stain was right under toilet. Customer is aware. Toilet was loose. Myguy supplied and installed new toilet and replaced flange. Tested for leaks there are none at this time.
