Great attitude, knowledgeable about his work. ‘Not pushy’, understands customer. Am not easily impressed or leave a review. He is an asset to any company he works for. Came on time, diagnosed the blockage by using camera and cleared by snaking it. Gave an option to hydro jet too but snaking worked. Keep it up Javon. Thank you !

My neighbor suggested this company. It was an urgent situation so, I wasn’t able to shop around. Devin is professional and the work was completed properly. The price was high but expected. I joined membership to save a couple of hundred dollars. I’m not sure that I should have. It covers inspection checks and water heater drain and discount on service repairs if needed. However, it sounded good, but with a well maintained home, needing a plumber is not often. The financing offered is a pia. The financing company is based in Boca Florida and are minimally acceptable. I would have sought different options for a loan. But, when faced with a crisis, it sounded good. The job also took several days to fix due to bad weather. Devin and helper worked very hard digging out the broken pipe. Overall, the work completed is satisfactory. My front door and porch was covered in mud for a few days so, we had to use the side door to go in and out of the house. I would have liked to have an option to fix top of sewer pipe which is cracked open; it doesn’t affect the performance but it is an eyesore to me. At the time I just didn’t know better because it was a huge mess. Now, to fix it will be another big process and expense. The company tried to add a personal touch by sending us a my guy plumbing soft lunch cooler. It’s not a bad company but it’s definitely not a five star. The financing company is a one star. I wish them well as everyone was kind and professional.

I had the pleasure of having Devin Anderson perform a very big job in my home. He was friendly, courteous and excellent performing the repairs I need to my plumbing issues. New single handle shower valve through tile with membership Arrived to home for broken shower. Upon inspection found 3 handle shower valve and middle diverter completely broke off of valve. Could be threaded back in but customer has been having problems with it. Talked about single handle valve which would be the best option. Tile and drywall behind tile was completely soaked and warped. Informed customer that I would be cutting out a big section to do the job and the saturated section needed to be replaced anyways. Customer is aware. MyGuy supplied and installed new Moen single handle shower valve and after tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Referring Allstates restoration.
We had recently installed a sump pump in the crawlspace and discharged it outside to a splash block. When the weather is very rainy, the water exits the home, leeches into the ground, and back into the crawlspace making the pump go on and off. Client would like a different opinion on discharging the water. After seeing the landscape of the home, I advised to the client to have me relocate the discharge pipe towards the back of the home, under the deck and install the splash block there. I have accepted a small deposit for the work to be completed. We are returning this Wednesday to complete the job.
New hose bib, new ball valve, install Zilmet filter with membership performed work and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Clean magnetic filter on combi as well. Collected payment.
Today we arrived on site to complete annual home inspection, there are some issues that should be rectified. Customer was also interested in new vanities for the upstairs bathrooms, Myguy plumbing emailed over options to get everything rectified.
Arrived to the home for winterization of outdoor rinse station the was installed by MyGuy Plumbing. Located drain down valves and ball valves for the system. Using compressed air, I blew out all water out of the system. Disconnected drain plug and shower head from rinse station. System is now winterized and ready for the cold. Client would like a quote for a laundry sink to be installed in the basement. Will leave estimate for the work to be completed.

Purged combi and removed all cleaning solution tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks.
Customer supplied vanity, customer supplied toilet and lav faucet, toilet flange repair, 3 valves, haul away with membership. Arrived to home to complete work previously signed to. MyGuy installed customer supplied vanity and toilet. Sub floor in bathroom was in bad shape. After pulling toilet the sub floor crumbled. Customer is aware that a contractor should be contacted to take care of floor. Had to removed laminate flooring to get done. Customer is aware. We cut out and replaced/framed section of sub floor to make toilet useable. We replaced 3 valves in bathroom. Set toilet and replaced toilet flange. Vanity was damaged before install customer is aware. Customer got discounts from Lowe’s for vanity and toilet. All work was completed and there are leaks at this time. Will send a second email with pictures included. Also customer bought incorrect faucet for the spread of sink for vanity so it is not centered. Customer is aware of everything.
Arrived on site to a clogged kitchen sink. Upon inspection the sink was full and client wasn’t sure if the kitchen drain was clogged or the garbage disposal. Pulled P-trap apart and the sink was still full. Tenants stated they did not like the disposal and never use it. Landlord agreed to remove the disposal. After removing the disposal I put a new Kohler basket strainer, 3/4 dishwasher tailpiece and P trap. Ran hot water when done and there are no leaks. Kitchen sink is draining as it should. Recommend Tower bridge electric to remove switch under kitchen sink (732)-703-5144.
Arrived to the home for a leak in the ceiling, the ceiling has already been cut open. I discovered that the problem is coming from the lead bend for the existing toilet. I provided options for repair, due to time restrictions, customer has requested we return this Wednesday earlier side of the afternoon to cut out the lead bend and reinstall the toilet.
Arrived to the home, client has had their washer and dryer replaced last week. During the install he noticed the existing boiler drain valves for the washer are corroded, old, and shows signs of leaks in the past. Client would like to be proactive in replacement of the valves before any failures happen. Shut off water to home and drained the system down. Unsoldered existing valves from the wall. Cleaned and prepped pipes for install. Supplied and installed new quarter turn boiler drains for the washer. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Purged the system of air as well.
Customer stated that they needed a Plumbing company to come out and assess the boiler to make sure that everything is up to code, and everything is working. After inspecting the boiler. Everything appears to be in working order and everything is working as should. The only thing MyGuy plumbing would recommend is replacing the butterfly gas valve. Other than replacing the butterfly gas valve. Everything else as per the boiler is in working order and working as should.
